OUTFIT: Fringe peeping out

Wearing: (very old) Laura Ashley Coat, Urban Outfitters fringe shawl, H&M dress and tights, Zara shoes, Rebecca Minkoff bag

I still haven't found a perfect new winter coat! This one is about 8 years old and has become the Cat's favorite DIY! The Cats are into diy hairy embellishments and diy shredding.. Cat's do have a funny sense of picking their sleeping quarters, I have to give them that:)

OUTFIT: long layers

H&M hat, cardigan and dress, Zara T-shirt, Miista Gabi shoes

Wearing long slouchy but oh so comfortable layers.

There is another reason why I love this cocorosa Zara tee so much.. The photo is taken by my Brother (Michiel), he only took photos for my blog twice and this was the first time!! Oh he's actually my younger Brother (we differ 1.5 years) but you know how it goes; he's of course way taller then me (like my 2nd brother Jelle) Yesterday I heard he had been sick all week and hadn't called because he didn't want us to get sick too.. silly bunny he should have known I don't care :)

OUTFIT: Dress and Trousers

I'm wearing: H&M divided lace dress (new) Zara trousers, H&M leopard tights (new) H&M necklace, Rebecca Minkoff woven flame bag, Jeffrey Campbell Mariel Wedge

I guess it was only a matter of time before I would mix and match something unusual again..

Partly out of curiosity and because I really felt like trying something new, especially something that is "out of fashion" (It's always fun to try to bring something back) I wear a dress over trousers.

My findings are that it really depends on the shape of the dress and the shape of the trousers to pull it off! The lace dress is a a-line mini and the trousers are peg legged, or tapered in at the leg/ankle.

OUTFIT: Lace

wearing: Vero Moda lace dress, Zara velvet loafers, Rebecca Minkoff bag

I'm really not used to seeing myself with an updo haha..

The (one shoulder mini) Lace dress is kind of cocoon-ey which I really like, also the color is really good, it's almost a very pale lavender/lilac cream, in the webshop Vero Moda calls it a "Gray Morn" but I swear I see a very faint lavender while the dress is still a cream

The color was the reason I bought the dress, there are so many lace dresses but to get the creamy color right is a different story.. a color to bright white in lace can look really cheap and a yellowish cream might not look good on fair skin!

Travel/Airplane Outfit

 photo's taken by Robert Morris

I'm wearing; H&M trend jumper, H&M white tank top and sweatpants, Zara shoes, Rebecca Minkoff woven flame bag, La Dama faux fox tail.

Taken on a Brooklyn Rooftop (at the apartment I was staying while being in NY) just before going to the airport.

This is actually my traveling/airplane outfit (with my new Rebecca Minkoff bag) The sweatpants for comfort and the jumper for layering, I always carry an extra cardigan and socks and make sure I wear easy shoes.. Further more I kind of always wear cotton now I think of it :) plus I won't enter a plane without lip balm and Vitamin water!!
